Job summary

nHRMS in Bengaluru is looking for an experienced SEM/Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google and Meta. You will lead lead generation efforts, manage budgets, and work with the brand and creative teams to produce compelling ads.

The role requires hands-on expertise in ads platforms, a strong analytical mindset, and familiarity with targeting and retargeting strategies. A plus is Google/META Blueprint certification and channel partner experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SEM/performance marketing in real estate.
• Hands-on with Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation funnels, targeting, and retargeting.
• Experience in channel partner networks for lead generation.
• Analytical mindset with data dashboards and performance metrics.
• Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.

Requirements

• Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
