Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Principal User Experience Designer to shape design strategy and influence product direction. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver user-centered experiences that balance user needs with business goals.

You will lead discovery, research, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, while mentoring designers and championing accessibility and usability across products.

• Accessibility Standards - advanced level; ensuring designs meet WCAG guidelines and serve all users
• Information Architecture - advanced level; structuring content and navigation for clarity and findability
• User Journey Mapping - advanced level; visualizing end-to-end experiences to identify pain points and moments of delight
