Job summary

Huron in India is seeking an experienced Manager to lead day-to-day operations, plan deliverables with the agent team, and drive activities across client accounts.

You will monitor SLAs, coordinate client calls, address escalations, and foster continuous process improvements to boost production quality and customer satisfaction. US shift timings are expected.
