Job summary

Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is looking for an experienced software professional to lead conversational AI initiatives. You will implement flows on Cognigy, Yellow.AI, Kore.AI, Lex, Luis, Dialogflow, and IBM Watson, while leveraging Node.js or Python for API integrations and complex logic.

The role requires 8-12 years of software development experience, agile collaboration, and ongoing learning in AI and NLP techniques.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant software development experience.
• Implement conversational flows in Conversational AI platforms like Cognigy, Yellow.AI, Kore.AI, Lex, Luis, Google Dialog flows and IBM Watson.
• Strong experience in NodeJs or python programming like API integrations, Handling complex logic, code optimization and Impact Analysis.
• Support iterative Conversational NLU/NLP design, and be able to use data to recommend improvements for multiple releases of the same
• Define the data needed for comprehensive metrics to allow measurement of how well applications are performing
• Understand the data structures that provide information to chatbot applications
• Participate actively and constructively in agile team meetings and application reviews
• Work directly with and learn from the business, product and engineering leaders across the organization
• Grow, learn and expand knowledge of Conversational AI principles, as well as learning how to support an application throughout its lifecycle
• Should be Certified in any conversational AI platform (Cognigy, Yellow.AI , Kore.AI, Lex, Luis, Google Dialog flow, IBM Watson)
• Proficiency in analyzing complex technical issues, collaborating with teams and stakeholders, and exhibit a commitment to continuous learning by staying updated with the latest features, technologies, and industry trends
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies, including working in Agile teams for iterative development with proficiency in utilizing project management tools such as JIRA for issue tracking, and team collaboration
