Job summary

Gradious is seeking skilled Software Development Engineers (SDEs) with expertise in Agentic AI to design and implement AI agents for business automation. You will drive end-to-end development of Conversational AI agents, integrating LLMs and AI models with scalable deployment practices.

The role emphasizes strong MERN stack capabilities, Python proficiency, and experience with cloud AI services, aiming to deliver secure and reliable AI-powered automations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years of experience in software development and AI
• Proven experience in building/deploying AI agents or chatbots
• Strong API development & integration experience
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, prompts, fine-tuning and embeddings
• Experience with cloud AI services and scalable deployments
• Exposure to vector databases and MLOps is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Design, architect and develop advanced Conversational AI agents and automation workflows
• Build, deploy and optimize AI agents using platforms like Kore.ai, n8n, AgentForce

About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Software Development Engineers (SDEs) with deep expertise in Agentic AI and the end-to-end development of AI agents for business applications. In this pivotal role, you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Conversational and Intelligent AI Agents that automate, enhance, and transform business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and develop advanced Conversational AI agents and intelligent automation workflows.
• Build, deploy, and optimize AI agents using leading AI platforms (e.g., Kore.ai, n8n, AgentForce).
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs and AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, Hugging Face) to deliver scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI-powered automation solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agent development – from requirement analysis to deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of deployed AI agents.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML frameworks, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong experience in MERN stack with API development & integration.
• Experience using Python and its libraries
• Proven expertise in building and deploying Conversational AI agents, chatbots, or intelligent automation systems.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, and Embeddings.
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable deployment frameworks.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and agent orchestration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design business-driven AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• BE / B.Tech / MS / M.Tech / MCA with Cimputer Science Background
• Experience: 2 to 5 years

Good to Have

• Experience in vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD for AI solutions.
• Prior work in domain‑specific AI agent development (finance, healthcare, customersupport,etc.).
