Job summary

Valtech in Bengaluru is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies and ensure delivery remains predictable and aligned with client requirements.

With 6+ years of experience and strong collaboration, you will partner with the delivery manager, SFMC Technical Lead and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and high-quality releases. Remote/hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Scrum Master/Agile Coach for software or marketing-technology delivery teams.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in English.

Responsibilities.

Facilitates Agile delivery for the SFMC development squad, ensuring the Agile rituals, transparency and continuous improvement principles required by the RFP are consistently applied. Works closely with the delivery manager, the SFMC Technical Lead and business stakeholders to keep the Marketing Cloud backlog healthy and delivery predictable.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review/demo, retrospective) for the SFMC squad
• Support backlog grooming and refinement for journeys, campaigns and automations together with business stakeholders
• Track and report sprint/delivery KPIs (velocity, quality, lead time) to the Delivery Manager and Project Committee
• Identify and help remove impediments and dependencies with the Core and Commerce Cloud squads, escalating where required
• Coach the SFMC team on Agile principles, continuous improvement and DevOps best practices
• Support release planning coordination for Marketing Cloud deployments (journeys, data extensions, campaign assets)
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of the Agile working model within the Maison/Division governance

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as Scrum Master/Agile Coach for software or marketing-technology delivery teams, ideally on Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
• Strong facilitation, communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with Agile tooling (JIRA, Azure DevOps) for sprint and backlog management
• Working understanding of Marketing Cloud concepts (journeys, campaigns, data extensions) to engage credibly with the technical team
• Good written and spoken English

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• SAFe or other scaled-agile framework certification
• Experience supporting multi-market, multi-langua ge marketing operations
