Job summary

Valtech in Bengaluru is hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and test custom Salesforce Core solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow) across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. You will work autonomously on end-to-end evolutions and contribute to integrations with ERP/POS systems.

Bring hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, Flow, REST/SOAP, CI/CD (Git/Azure DevOps), and a security-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder and the Salesforce security/sharing model.
• Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and working with integration middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi or similar).
• Understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud data models and standard functionality.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD tooling (Git, Azure DevOps).
• Good understanding of secure coding practices (OWASP) and Salesforce governor limits.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and unit tests.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, Lightning Web Components and Flows to implement approved user stories.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce Core and adjacent systems (ERP, POS, PIM/DAM, payment providers) via the middleware layer.
• Implement declarative configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permission sets, sharing rules) alongside custom code where required.
• Write and maintain Apex unit tests to meet code coverage and quality standards, and support static-analysis/security scanning remediation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review/demo) and provide effort estimates for backlog items.
• Support code reviews, deployment activities (via Azure DevOps/CI-CD pipelines) and sandbox refresh cycles.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation (comments, README, technical specifications) for delivered work.
• Collaborate with functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate delivered functionality.

Designs, builds and unit-tests custom Salesforce Core (SFDC) solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, integrations) to deliver the Maison's roadmap of evolutions and projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (clienteling, case management, OMS, B2B/B2C portals). Senior Developers are expected to work autonomously on full evolutions/projects.
