Job summary

Brillio in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead multiple Scrum teams and coach stakeholders across projects. You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog, driving Agile adoption and continuous improvement across distributed teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years as Scrum Master, with CSM/CSPO or comparable Agile certifications, and hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD tooling.
