Magnet HR Tech Digital seeks a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams, act as servant leader, and coach teams in Scrum practices across multiple projects.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business priorities, coaching on agile principles and removing impediments for timely delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Admin, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
• Three years of experience may substitute for degree requirement.
• Minimum six years in IT, software delivery, or related business experience.
• Minimum three years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Minimum five years of experience managing technology projects using Agile/SDLC.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery metrics.
• Experience with cross-functional technology teams in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or related methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating software releases and ensuring DoD/governance.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and Release Planning.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Guide teams to achieve sprint goals and predictable delivery velocity.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting productivity or project success.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, transparency, and learning.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput, and release readiness.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams and aligned deliverables.
• Lead release planning and coordination across teams with DoR and DoD adherence.
• Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution through the lifecycle.
• Ensure governance, SDLC standards, and organizational policies are followed.
• Support leadership with status reporting, roadmaps, and stakeholder comms.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, Infra, QA, Security, and Operations.
• Promote Agile maturity through coaching and training at varying maturity levels.
• Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution within teams and stakeholders.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and delivery improvements.
• Maintain relationships with internal customers, vendors, and leadership to achieve delivery objectives.

The Senior Scrum Master is responsible for leading Agile delivery teams and driving

the successful execution of complex technology initiatives. This role serves as a

servant leader, Agile coach, and facilitator, ensuring Scrum principles and Agile best

practices are effectively implemented across multiple teams. The individual will work

closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, Architects, and business

stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational priorities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Agile delivery,

facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous

improvement, and coordinating releases across multiple teams. Strong stakeholder

management, communication, and leadership skills are essential to ensure timely,

quality delivery of business outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and Release Planning sessions.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement practices.
• Guide teams in achieving sprint goals and maintaining predictable delivery velocity.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments that may impact team productivity or project success.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs and ensure clear user story definition and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor Agile metrics including velocity, sprint burndown/burnup, cycle time, throughput, and release readiness.
• Facilitate dependency management across multiple Agile teams and ensure alignment on shared deliverables.
• Lead release planning and coordination activities across multiple teams, ensuring alignment to Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to Agile governance, SDLC standards, and organizational policies.
• Support program leadership with status reporting, roadmap planning, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, Infrastructure, QA, Security, and Operations.
• Promote Agile maturity through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives.
• Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution within teams and stakeholder groups.
• Support organizational change initiatives associated with Agile transformations and delivery improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal customers, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure delivery objectives are achieved.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor&s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
• Additional equivalent work experience of three (3) years may substitute for the degree requirement.
• Minimum six (6) years of IT, software delivery, or related business experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing technology projects using Agile and/or SDLC methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery metrics.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology teams in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or related methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating software releases and ensuring adherence to Definition of Done and release governance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading Agile delivery for Mobile (iOS and Android), Digital, or Web application projects.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or healthcare environments.
• Experience with Agile transformation initiatives and coaching teams at varying levels of Agile maturity.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Rally, or equivalent Agile management tools.
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple Agile teams and programs.
• Experience with ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.
• Experience working within large matrixed organizations.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics, reporting and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive effective collaboration across technical and business teams.
• PMP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe certifications highly preferred.
