Franklin Templeton in India seeks an experienced Delivery Lead for the AI and Digital Platform within Sales and Distribution. You will drive agile delivery across cross‑functional teams, coach teams on agile practices, and coordinate dependencies to improve delivery outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in Scrum or agile delivery, a bachelor’s degree, and Scrum/SAFe certifications are preferred. Shift is 2:00 PM–11:00 PM IST with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Scrum, agile delivery, or project coordination.
• Scrum certification such as Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, or SAFe is preferred.
• Experience supporting software, product, or technology delivery teams.

About The Department

The AI and Digital Platform team within Sales and Distribution develops AI-enabled, data, and workflow solutions that support business performance and operational efficiency. The team includes product managers, software engineers, data specialists, architects, delivery leads, and governance partners who work together in small, cross-functional teams. The environment is collaborative, evidence-driven, and focused on continuous improvement. • Experience supporting software, product, or technology delivery teams.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile delivery practices.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and delivery management tools.
• Ability to manage backlogs, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
• Experience with AI-assisted productivity and reporting tools.
• Understanding of risk management and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to analyze delivery trends and identify improvement opportunities.
