Franklin Templeton in India is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Lead to drive AI solution development across business domains. You will partner with business and delivery teams to translate challenges into actionable requirements and guide concepts to PoCs, shaping scalable enterprise AI adoption.

The role emphasizes building strong stakeholder relationships, aligning with governance, and collaborating with onshore/offshore teams to deliver value through AI-based platforms and workflows.

About The Department

• Franklin Templeton’s AI Adoption & Solutions Team advances enterprise artificial intelligence strategy and turns emerging capabilities into scalable business solutions. The team brings together AI advisors, solution leaders, architects, engineers, and enablement specialists who partner across business, technology, risk, legal, compliance, and change management. You will join a collaborative, build-and-learn environment where you can shape responsible AI adoption, co-create enterprise solutions, and influence future ways of working.

Core Responsibilities

• You will lead AI solution development for various business domain.
• You will build trusted relationships with business and onshore partners.

• You will guide solutions from concept to functional proof of concept.
• You will redesign end-to-end workflows using artificial intelligence.

Strategic Responsibilities

• You will prioritize opportunities based on value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• You will define adoption, performance, and business-value measures.
• You will guide prototypes toward handoff, further investment, or closure.
• You will create reusable patterns and enterprise solution playbooks.

Team & Collaboration

• You will partner with solution architects and engineering teams.
• You will coordinate dependencies across product and delivery teams.
• You will prepare receiving teams for successful solution handoffs.
• You will connect business outcomes with technical delivery decisions.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience, Education & Certifications

• Experience delivering AI, data, digital, or automation solutions.
• Experience progressing ideas from discovery through proof of concept.
• Enterprise experience within complex governance environments.
• Financial-services or capital-markets knowledge is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Fluency in generative AI, agentic systems, retrieval, evaluation, and observability.
• Experience with prototyping tools, notebooks, or agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with distributed and embedded product-delivery models.

Soft Skills

• Strong product thinking and commercial judgement.
• Advanced discovery and requirements-development capabilities.
• Effective stakeholder management across onshore and offshore teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Confidence working across business, product, and engineering functions.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
