Franklin Templeton is seeking a senior software engineering leader to architect and deliver enterprise AI solutions. You will guide cross‑functional teams to build LLM, RAG, and agent‑based applications while setting standards for scalable AI workflows and governance.

You will mentor engineers, influence architectural direction, and ensure secure, reliable production systems across cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI solutions.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical strategy.
• Experience influencing architecture and engineering standards.

Franklin Templeton’s AI and Digital Platform team develops AI, data, workflow, and digital solutions that support the Sales and Distribution organization. The team combines software engineers, AI specialists, architects, and technical leaders who work in collaborative cross-functional teams to build scalable enterprise products.
