Job summary

Franklin Templeton in Hyderabad, India seeks an senior software architect to lead enterprise application architecture and AI-driven modernization initiatives. You will design scalable cloud-native platforms on AWS, mentor engineers, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

You will drive an AI-first approach, build generative AI solutions and reusable APIs, while advancing DevSecOps and IaC practices across large-scale enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of software engineering and solution architecture experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise platforms into production.
• Proven leadership of high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience delivering production-grade Generative AI solutions.
• Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with financial services or regulated industries preferred.

• The Enterprise Data Platforms team designs and delivers secure, scalable, cloud-native technology solutions that support critical business capabilities. The team brings together software engineers, architects, data specialists, and technology leaders who collaborate to build modern enterprise applications, reusable technology platforms, and artificial intelligence-enabled solutions. Working in this team provides opportunities to lead large-scale modernization initiatives, drive innovation, influence enterprise technology strategy, and work with emerging artificial intelligence technologies in a high-impact environment.
