Franklin Templeton’s Technology team partners with Global Client Group to deliver client reporting, commentary, factsheets, and pitchbooks. Working in Agile, you’ll translate business needs into actionable user stories and validate ideas through PoCs and testing.

You will collaborate with marketing and client experience teams, support end-to-end processes, and explore AI-enabled capabilities to improve workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting marketing or client experience teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements.
• Translate requirements into Workfront and Widen Agile stories.
• Configure Workfront and Widen solutions.
• Create proofs of concept to validate ideas.
• Understand product, marketing, and metadata workflows.
• Write and execute user story validations.
• Perform system integration testing and peer reviews.
• Partner with Global Client Group business owners.
• Support end‑to‑end business process mapping.
• Identify and drive process improvements.
• Evaluate new AI capabilities and features.

About The Department

The Technology team supports Global Client Group (GCG) partners across Sales, Marketing, and Client Services. The team delivers and supports content‑generation platforms that produce client reporting, commentary, factsheets, and pitchbooks for external clients. Working in Agile, cross‑functional value streams, team members collaborate closely to deliver business outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and support organizational goals. The culture emphasizes accountability, ownership, teamwork, and innovation.

How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities

• You will gather and analyse business requirements.
• You will translate requirements into Workfront and Widen Agile stories.
• You will configure Workfront and Widen solutions.
• You will create Proofs of Concept to validate ideas.

Experience, Education & Certifications

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of workflow and content distribution platforms.
• Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence, marketing, and sales enablement tools.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
