Job summary

Fulcrum Worldwide Software in Pune, Maharashtra, invites an experienced Scrum Master to guide product and engineering squads through the daily rhythm of Agile delivery for CulinarySuite and related products. You will work with senior leadership to keep delivery predictable, transparent, and aligned to business priorities.

The role requires strong Scrum mastery, 10–15 years total experience with at least 7 years in Agile/Scrum delivery, and an MBA.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across one or more cross-functional squads.
• Maintain healthy backlog with Product Owners and ensure Definition of Ready/Done.
• Track sprint health metrics and flag delivery risks to leadership.
• Remove impediments and coordinate across Engineering, QA, and Product.
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and continuous improvement.
• Assist in release and roadmap planning translating priorities into sprint plans.
• Communicate delivery status, dependencies, and changes to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new team members to Agile ways of working.
• Share learnings to improve processes across squads.

About the Role

looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide our Product and Engineering squads through the day-to-day rhythm of Agile delivery on CulinarySuite and related products.This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, QA, and Client Services, and works closely with senior leadership including the CEO, CTO, CPO, Product Directors, and Product Owners to keep delivery predictable, transparent, and aligned to business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives — across one or more cross-functional squads.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, well-groomed backlog and ensure stories meet Definition of Ready / Definition of Done before and after development.
• Track and report sprint health metrics (velocity, burndown, P0/P1 closure, story quality, unit test coverage) and proactively flag risks to delivery leadership.
• Identify, escalation, and help remove impediments blocking the team's progress, coordinating across Engineering, QA, and Product as needed.
• Coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices, promoting continuous improvement, self-organization, and accountability.
• Support release and roadmap planning by helping translate quarterly priorities into actionable, well-sequenced sprint plans.
• Drive proactive, timely communication with stakeholders and customers on delivery status, dependencies, and date changes.
• Support onboarding of new team members into the team's Agile ways of working.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement across the broader Product organization, sharing learnings across squads.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong, hands-on Agile and Scrum expertise, including ceremony facilitation and coaching cross‑functional teams.
• Proven experience with project/program management, including planning, tracking, and reporting delivery progress.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, comfortable working directly with senior executives and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to identify systemic delivery gaps (e.g., roadmap clarity, prioritization misalignment, notification delays) and drive resolution.
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software product environment.
• MBA or equivalent qualification, with 10–15 years of total experience and at least 7 years of relevant Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Nice to Have

• SAFe or LeSS certification / working knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks.
• Experience with Definition of Done enforcement and quality practices (unit testing, story quality standards) in a mature product organization.
• Prior exposure to institutional foodservice, healthcare, K‑12, or other regulated/compliance‑driven SaaS domains.
