Job summary

We are looking for a Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Managing two to three scrum teams with full responsibility of deliverables.
• Planning, executing and tracking iteration deliverables ensuring adherence to timeline, quality and defined scope for assigned modules/projects.
• Supporting development team technically to close topics and provide ad-hoc technical support apart from the one provided by architect and technical lead.
• Engaging with required project stakeholders at the right time to ensure that required decisions are taken and needed information is made available so that the scrum team can continue working on the product backlog without being blocked.
• Ensuring scrum team’s adherence to scrum processes (readiness, doneness, sprint ceremonies etc.).
• Supporting Project Manager in making informed project decisions for project scope, quality and risks by providing timely and accurate data.

Qualifications

• Holding an engineering degree B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc.
• 10-12 years of total experience and relevant experience of 4 years in project management.
• Candidate should have experience with Software Development or Testing for at least 3 years before transitioning to Scrum Master role.
• Having sound knowledge of software development life cycle and software engineering processes.
• Having working experience in Agile Scrum, Kanban, Lean Principles, DevOps, CI/CD.
