Job summary

Thakral One seeks an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile project delivery, governance, and business analysis for technology transformation initiatives in Bengaluru. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage governance reporting, and ensure alignment with organisational standards.

You bring 8–10 years in Scrum Master/PMO roles, proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint and Microsoft Office, and knowledge of compliance, risk, and audit tracking.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master/PMO role.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Experience in technology transformation or enterprise application projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams.
• Support project planning, milestone tracking, RAID management, and project coordination.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, executive updates, and PMO artefacts.
• Track compliance deliverables, audit findings, regulatory obligations, and remediation actions.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support technology transformation initiatives by aligning requirements with delivery models.
• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide clear communication and manage expectations across departments.

Technical Expertise

• You are skilled in Agile Scrum and Kanban practices.
• You are proficient in project governance and PMO reporting.
• You are experienced in business analysis and requirements management.
• You are knowledgeable in compliance, risk, and audit tracking.
• You are proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
• You hold certifications such as CSM or PSM, PMP or PMI-ACP, or ITIL Foundation (preferred).
