Job description

• 5–8 years of experience in software project management or Scrum Master roles.
• 3+ years hands on experience running Scrum ceremonies for software development teams.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud) in an enterprise environment, including 1 year as a Scrum Master.
• Exposure to API–based automation and CI/CD pipelines - GitHub, GitHub Actions, and/or Azure DevOps pipelines in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong experience in project coordination, planning, execution, and cross functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and within approved scope.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel software development projects in a fast paced environment.
• Experience handling large, complex, and integrated technical initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong meeting facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflictre solution abilities.
• Experience with project estimation, budgeting awareness, and scope/quality control.
• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to motivate, guide, and influence high performing teams.
