Removing Impediments:

• Identifying and eliminating obstacles that hinder the team's progress.

• Working with individuals and the organization to remove external distractions and dependencies.

Protecting the Team:

• Shielding the team from external interference and distractions.

• Ensuring the team can focus on delivering value during each sprint.

Working with the Product Owner:

• Collaborating with the product owner to refine the product backlog.

• Helping the product owner understand the team's capacity and velocity.

• Ensuring the team understands the product vision and requirements.
