Job summary

PradeepIT is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our IT consulting team in Hyderabad or remote. You will manage project scope, coordinate sprints and coach teams in Agile practices to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of experience, a BTECH/BE in CSE or equivalent, and Scrum Master certification is a plus. Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a scrum master role.
• Familiarity with software development.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP).
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
• Outstanding organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
• Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it.
