Job summary

Tech Mahindra seeks an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach to lead Agile delivery teams implementing SAP and enterprise technology solutions. The role focuses on facilitating team processes, stakeholder relationships, and ensuring on-time delivery of projects.

You will drive Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration, while coaching teams in Agile principles to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master for SAP/enterprise tech delivery.
• Strong Scrum/Agile principles, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for planning and backlog mgmt.
• SAFe Scrum Master certification is preferred; knowledge of SAFe and PI Planning.
• SAP ABAP development or SAP technical consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams, guiding adoption of Agile practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well defined and prioritized.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams for effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and resolve impediments to progress.
• Provide coaching and mentorship on Agile principles and practices.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for Agile planning, backlog management, and delivery reporting.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach to lead our Agile delivery teams in implementing SAP and enterprise technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly the Scrum framework, and will be responsible for facilitating team processes, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams, guiding them in the adoption and implementation of Agile practices. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well defined, prioritized, and aligned with project goals.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Identify and resolve impediments that may hinder the team's progress.

Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on Agile principles and practices.

Utilize Azure DevOps for Agile planning, backlog management, and delivery reporting. Support the team in achieving high performance and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience as a Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams, specifically in SAP or enterprise technology environments. Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles. Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Experience with Azure DevOps for Agile planning and backlog management.

Prior experience in SAP ABAP development or SAP technical consulting.

Preferred Skills SAFe Scrum Master certification is preferred.

Knowledge of SAFe Agile practices and PI Planning. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA ABAP developments and delivery lifecycles.

Experience in release management and production support processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in project management and Agile methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
