Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join its AI and Digital Platform team in Hyderabad. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage delivery metrics, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional delivery teams.

The role requires 5+ years in Scrum or agile delivery, strong facilitation and stakeholder management, and experience with Jira/Confluence. This on-site position offers extensive benefits and opportunities to influence modern digital products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Scrum, agile delivery, or project coordination.
• Scrum certification such as Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, or SAFe is preferred.
• Experience supporting software, product, or technology delivery teams.

About The Department

The AI and Digital Platform team within Sales and Distribution develops AI-enabled, data, and workflow solutions that support business performance and operational efficiency. The team includes product managers, software engineers, data specialists, architects, delivery leads, and governance partners who work together in small, cross-functional teams. The environment is collaborative, evidence-driven, and focused on continuous improvement. Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile delivery practices.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and delivery management tools.

• Experience with AI-assisted productivity and reporting tools.
