Franklin Templeton is hiring a data science professional in Hyderabad to design and deliver analytics, ML and Generative AI solutions. You will partner with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams to deploy production-grade models on real business data.

You will build retrieval strategies, experiment frameworks and datasets to measure model quality. The role emphasizes collaboration, governance, and impactful, measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Advanced Python and SQL for data manipulation and model deployment.
• Strong statistical and ML knowledge to build and validate models.

About The Department

• The AI and Digital Platform team supports Franklin Templeton’s Sales and Distribution organization by developing Artificial Intelligence, data, digital, and workflow solutions that improve business performance. The team includes software engineers, data scientists, architects, product specialists, and governance partners who work closely together in small, multidisciplinary teams. The environment is highly collaborative, evidence-driven, and innovation-focused, providing opportunities to work on enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence products, solve complex business challenges, and expand expertise in emerging technologies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of data science or machine learning experience.

• Advanced Python and Structured Query Language skills.
• Strong statistical and machine learning knowledge.
• Feature engineering and experiment design expertise.
• Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models.
