About The Department

Franklin Templeton's AI and Digital Platform team for Sales and Distribution develops AI, data, workflow, and digital solutions that improve business performance and user experiences. The team brings together product managers, engineers, data specialists, architects, and governance partners to deliver innovative, enterprise-scale products. Team members work collaboratively in small, cross-functional groups that value evidence-based decision making, continuous learning, and responsible AI adoption. Joining the team provides exposure to advanced AI technologies, enterprise product development, and high-impact business initiatives.
