Job summary

Aelius Consultants Delhi is seeking a Scrum Master with strong Scrum and SAFe knowledge to lead cross-functional teams in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in agile project delivery and will partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT solutions with business goals.

Role requires leadership in planning, execution, and governance across projects, with focus on quality and timely delivery while complying with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, including large enterprise/cornerstone initiatives, from planning through successful delivery.
• Own project quality, timelines, budgets, resources, technical solutions, implementation, support, and overall service commitments.
• Manage internal and external teams, prioritize schedules, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders and customers to understand requirements, manage relationships, identify opportunities for innovation, and align IT solutions with business needs.
• Contribute to technology selection, SDLC/project development processes, portfolio standards, and strategic direction while handling complex technical and business challenges.
• Project Management Certification preferred.
