Job summary

Pi Square Technologies seeks an experienced Scrum Master with 10-14 years of IT background and more than 4 years leading Agile delivery in dynamic projects. You will drive Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and partner with clients to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

You will also own metrics, dashboards, and reporting, leveraging JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Rally to track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10-14 years IT experience with 4+ years as Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery.
• Proven experience in client/stakeholder management.
• Experience in reporting, metrics tracking, and dashboards; familiarity with Agile tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally.
