Dil Foods in Bengaluru is seeking a Script Writer to own ideation and scripting for content across our brand portfolio (Dil Foods, Fresh Menu, The Junglee Kitchen, House of Andhra and more). This is a high-output, hands-on role for someone who can turn a brand brief into a scroll-stopping script, fast.

You will write scripts for Reels, ad films, and social-first content across all brands, collaborating with the Marketing team and editors to ensure scripts translate effectively on shoot day,

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience writing scripts/content for social media, preferably F&B, D2C, or lifestyle brands.
• A strong sense of hook-writing and short-form storytelling.
• Ability to write in distinct brand voices without losing personality.
• Comfortable working at pace, across multiple brands simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Write scripts for Reels, ad films, and social-first video content across all brands
• Ideate content concepts and hooks in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Adapt tone and format per brand and per platform (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, ads)
• Write captions and post copy where scripting overlaps with content calendars
• Work closely with the video editor and videographer to ensure scripts translate well on shoot day
• Keep a steady pipeline of scripts ready ahead of shoot/edit schedules
• Stay on top of trends, audio, and formats relevant to F&B/D2C content
