Job summary

ADM & Co. is seeking a Content & Script Writer to craft engaging scripts for social platforms. You will research trends, ideas, and audience conversations to fuel content that resonates with viewers.

You will write conversational scripts for Reels, Shorts, Facebook, and YouTube, keeping Groomify's voice at the core. Collaboration with Bharti will shape messaging and teaching style.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to write engaging, conversational scripts for social media platforms.
• Strong research skills to identify trends and ideas.
• Ability to craft hooks and storytelling suitable for Instagram Reels, Shorts, YouTube.

Someone who:

• Loves Instagram, YouTube and digital content
• Is naturally curious and enjoys finding interesting things online
• Can write conversationally rather than formally
• Understands what makes people stop scrolling and keep watching
• Has a good sense of storytelling and hooks
• Is comfortable researching unfamiliar topics
• Can understand Hindi/Hinglish as well as English
• Is open to feedback and experimentation
• Uses AI intelligently for support, but doesn't depend on AI to produce generic scripts
