Vidalife Pharma, a NutraStore brand, is seeking a Script Writer in Mumbai to develop engaging scripts for social media, with a focus on Reels and short-form videos.

You will translate nutrition and health information into clear, audience-friendly content across topics, collaborate with creative teams, and tailor scripts for educational, product-led and trend-based formats.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in scriptwriting, content writing, copywriting, or social media content.
• Strong command of written English and ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• Ability to simplify health and nutrition topics for a general audience.
• Knowledge of hooks, pacing, storytelling and audience engagement.
• Experience writing for short-form video formats like Reels and Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Write scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.
• Develop strong hooks and engaging openings to capture audience attention.
• Translate nutrition, wellness, and product information into simple and relatable content.
• Write different formats including educational, product-led, trend-based, storytelling, UGC, and creator-led scripts.
• Work closely with the Creative Directors and Social Media Managers to develop content ideas.
• Adapt scripts based on current social media trends, formats, and audience behaviour.
• Develop voiceovers, dialogues, on-screen copy, and video storytelling where required.
• Ensure scripts are aligned with NutraStore's brand tone and communication guidelines.
• Coordinate with the video and creative teams to ensure scripts are practical for production.
• Incorporate feedback and refine scripts based on creative requirements and content performance.

About the Role

Vidalife Pharma is looking for a Script Writer to develop engaging and informative scripts for NutraStores social media content, with a strong focus on Reels and short-form videos.

The role will involve converting creative concepts and brand/product information into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly scripts across health, nutrition, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle topics.

Key Responsibilities

• Good understanding of social media trends and short-form storytelling.
• Strong command of written English and ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• Ability to simplify complex health and nutrition topics for a general audience.
• Good understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Ability to work with creative and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in nutraceuticals, healthcare, wellness, fitness, FMCG, or D2C will be an advantage.
