LaFetch is seeking a Creative Associate for scriptwriting and content in Gurugram. You will craft high-converting scripts for Instagram Reels and Meta ads, creating hooks that stop thumbs and drive engagement across platforms.

Bring 1–3 years of relevant experience, a sharp eye for storytelling, and a portfolio of scripts or short-form content. You’ll collaborate with marketing, creative, and design teams on fast-paced campaigns.

Alongside our pan-India shopping experience, LaFetch Quick offers 60-minute fashion delivery across Delhi NCR. Whether it's performance marketing, creator collaborations, or brand storytelling, content sits at the centre of how we connect with our audience.

We're looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling. If you instinctively rewrite weak scripts in your head, obsess over the first three seconds of a Reel, and know the difference between content that's simply good and content that performs, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Write high-converting scripts for Meta ads, Instagram Reels, and other short-form content.
• Develop strong hooks that grab attention within the first few seconds.
• Review, edit, and elevate scripts created by influencers, freelancers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure they meet LaFetch's creative standards.
• Guide the creative direction of scripts by improving storytelling, pacing, structure, messaging, and audience retention.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing, influencer marketing, creative, and brand teams to develop campaign concepts from ideation to execution.
• Turn marketing objectives into engaging, conversion-focused scripts without compromising on creativity.
• Stay ahead of content trends, creator formats, platform updates, and storytelling techniques across Instagram and Meta.
• Maintain consistency in LaFetch's tone of voice across all content.
• Build and maintain a repository of proven hooks, script frameworks, and content formats for the wider creative team.
• Analyse content performance and continuously refine scripts based on insights and audience behaviour.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in scriptwriting, creative strategy, advertising, content marketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to create concise, engaging, and relatable scripts.
• Strong understanding of short-form content and social media storytelling.
• A sharp eye for identifying weak hooks, improving script flow, and strengthening audience retention.
• Understanding of performance-driven creative and what makes content convert.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistently high creative standards.
• Confidence in providing creative feedback and collaborating across teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing campaigns.
• A portfolio of scripts, ad creatives, or short-form content is required.

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience writing direct-response or performance marketing creatives.
• Have worked closely with influencers or UGC creators.
• Understand consumer psychology and behavioural marketing.
• Can contribute to creative ideation beyond scriptwriting.
