Collaborate with writers, researchers, and content creators from ideation to final approval; adapt scripts for various formats and review AI drafts to maintain editorial quality and brand voice.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in script editing, content writing, or editorial roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, English (Hons.), Journalism, or related field.
• Excellent written English with strong grammar and proofreading skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into clear narratives with engaging style.
• Comfortable editing AI-generated drafts with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Edit and refine scripts for short-form videos to improve clarity, structure, pacing, and audience engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 37 years of experience in Script Editing, Content Writing, Copy Editing, Journalism, or Editorial roles, preferably for digital or short-form video content.
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, English (Hons.), Journalism, or a related field.
• Exceptional command of written English with strong grammar, proofreading, and copy-editing skills.
• Excellent storytelling ability with a strong understanding of narrative structure, pacing, and audience psychology.
• Strong editorial judgment with an eye for factual accuracy, consistency, and detail.
• Ability to simplify technical or complex subjects into clear, engaging, and relatable content.
• Comfortable working with AI-generated drafts while applying strong human editorial oversight.
