Now, we're looking for a Senior Script Writer who can turn briefs into stories that sell.

What You'll Do

You'll be the person who transforms a client's vision into scripts that feel natural, engaging, and conversion-focused. This role isn't just about writing; it's about understanding what the client really wants, identifying what the audience will respond to, and delivering scripts that perform.

Your Responsibilities

• Decode client briefs and uncover the real objective behind every campaign.
• Write high-converting scripts for UGC ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Manage multiple clients and deliver consistently, even in a high-volume environment.
• Translate client feedback into stronger scripts without losing the creative edge.
• Deliver quality work within quick turnaround times.
• Build fresh hooks, storytelling angles, and formats that avoid repetitive content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, and creators to produce impactful campaigns.
• Maintain each brand's unique voice while ensuring every script is performance-driven.
• Guide junior writers and help raise the overall quality of the scripting team.

What We're Looking For

• 4-5 years of experience in script writing or creative content.
• Agency experience and the ability to handle multiple client accounts.
• Strong storytelling instincts with exceptional clarity of thought.
• Ability to decode briefs, understand client expectations, and write scripts that deliver results.
• Excellent command of Hindi and English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
• Deep understanding of digital content, UGC, Instagram, YouTube, and short‑form video trends.
• Someone who takes ownership, welcomes feedback, and consistently raises the creative bar.
