Job summary

Maviks Consumer is seeking a Script & Content Lead in Gurugram (On-site) to own end-to-end content production, from briefs to delivery. You will lead the writing team, coordinate with Shoot and Edit teams, and ensure content aligns with brand objectives and campaign goals.

The role requires 5+ years in script writing or content production, with 3-4 years in leadership. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management are essential to drive high-quality outputs for D2C and e-commerce

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Script Writing, Content Strategy, Creative Writing, or Content Production.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience leading a content or writing team.
• Prior experience in a creative agency, advertising agency, digital marketing agency, media company, or content production house.
• Strong understanding of UGC content, social media platforms, digital marketing, and brand storytelling.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, project trackers, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Script & Content Lead to drive content quality, lead the writing team, and ensure seamless execution across client projects.

As the Script & Content Lead, you will own the end-to-end content production process from understanding client briefs and leading the writing team to coordinating with Shoot and Edit teams for smooth execution.
