Outpace Consulting Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SCM - Sourcing & Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement operations for India's leading IT & consulting organization.

You will own PR to PO, vendor onboarding, contract management, and compliance, drive process improvements, manage a team, and ensure SLAs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Supply Chain and Procurement Operations with strong PR to PO experience.
• 3+ years in team handling and leadership roles.
• End-to-end SCM and procurement management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations (PR to PO, GR, IR).
• Lead Vendor Master Management including onboarding, updates, and governance.
• Oversee Contract Management including MSA, amendments, and renewals.
• Ensure timely PR and PO creation, adherence to SLAs and business needs.
• Handle customer and vendor queries with focus on satisfaction.
• Oversee DocuSign workflows for contract approvals and signatures.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and procurement policy compliance.
• Prepare spend and risk analysis and renewal activity reports.

Summary:

Supply chain management (SCM) procurement is the specific process of finding, agreeing on terms, and buying the raw parts, goods, or services a business needs. While procurement is the vital starting action of buying things, SCM is the large system that handles the entire journey of those goods until they reach the final buyer

Key Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement Operations, with strong expertise in PR to PO, PO Amendments, and PR Creation.


• Minimum 3 years of Team Handling experience


• Strong experience in end-to-end Supply Chain and Procurement Management.


• Any Graduate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Supply Chain and Procurement Operations including PR Creation, PR to PO Conversion, PO Amendments, Goods Receipt (GR), and Invoice Receipt (IR) activities.


• Lead and oversee Vendor Master Management activities including Vendor Onboarding, maintenance, updates, compliance checks, and vendor governance.


• Manage Contract Management activities including contract creation, review, MSA Management, amendments, and Contract Renewals.


• Oversee Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and ensure timely Purchase Order (PO) creation, amendments, and execution in accordance with business requirements and SLAs.


• Manage Customer and Vendor Queries through emails and calls, ensuring timely resolution and high Customer Satisfaction.


• Oversee DocuSign workflows for contract approvals, signatures, document tracking, and completion.


• Monitor and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, operational KPIs, and procurement policies.


• Prepare, review, and analyze reports related to Spend Analysis, Risk Analysis, Vendor Onboarding Trends, and Renewal Activities.


• Manage procurement and supply chain platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP SRM, SAP BAS, Oracle, and Power BI.


• Identify and drive Process Improvement, Automation Opportunities, and Delivery Excellence initiatives across procurement and supply chain operations.


• Ensure Accuracy, Compliance, Governance, and timely completion of all procurement and supply chain activities.


• Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders, Suppliers, Senior Management, and Global Teams to ensure seamless operations.


• Lead and mentor team members, allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of SLAs and operational KPIs.


• Maintain and review SOP Documentation, support Audit Requirements, and ensure adherence to established processes and controls.


• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on Quality, Accuracy, Operational Efficiency, and Customer Service.
