• Initiate and manage the procurement process for goods and services as per the requirements.


• Collaborate with various users to understand their procurement needs and specifications.

Material Follow-up:

• Monitor the status of purchase orders and track the progress of materials or services being procured.


• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or issues that may arise.

Inventory Management:

• Collaborate with the branch inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.


• Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess or obsolete stock.

Vendor Reconciliation:

• Regularly reconcile vendor accounts and statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.


• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster effective communication and collaboration.
