Job summary

HealthMap Diagnostics Pvt Ltd in Mumbai seeks a Supply Chain Management Executive for diagnostic pathology to ensure timely availability of consumables and supplies.

You'll coordinate with vendors, maintain stock levels at labs and collection centers, track orders, rotate stock, and compile MIS reports to support procurement decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily requirements of pathology consumables and materials.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and delivery.
• Maintain adequate stock levels at laboratories and collection centres.
• Monitor stock movement, consumption, and shortages.
• Prepare and process purchase requests/orders as required.
• Coordinate with laboratories, stores, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track pending orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain records of purchases, stock, and vendor details.
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
• Support inventory audits and physical stock verification.
• Identify excess, shortage, or slow-moving stock and report to the reporting manager.
• Ensure uninterrupted availability of essential pathology supplies.
• Follow company policies and approved procurement procedures.
• Prepare regular MIS/reports related to inventory and procurement.
