Job summary

Kornferry is seeking a coatings science professional with 3-5 years of experience to develop and evaluate coating formulations, prepare paint samples, conduct panel testing, and ensure performance per product specs.

You will analyze results, provide technical recommendations, support timelines, assist manufacturing with alignment batches, and participate in supplier or customer meetings while upholding laboratory safety and 5S practices.
