Key Responsibilities

• School Leadership Management - Provide strategic leadership to ensure academic excellence, operational efficiency, and student growth; Maintain high operational standards across all aspects of school functioning.
• Academic Excellence and Student Outcomes - Ensure the effective execution of curriculum to maximize student learning outcomes; Oversee and support teachers in implementing structured lesson plans and assessments; Drive a culture of continuous teacher development through training, mentoring, and performance monitoring; Regularly review student performance and implement interventions for improvement.
• Enrollments and Brand Development - Drive student enrollment growth through strong community engagement, school branding, and parent outreach initiatives; Ensure high student retention by fostering a positive school experience for students and parents.
• Finance and Compliance - Ensure timely collection of school fees; Maintain compliance with CBSE and state education department regulations; Keep all regulatory documents updated and recorded.
• Infrastructure and Student Safety - Ensure a safe, hygienic, and conducive learning environment for students and staff; Implement and oversee student safety protocols and emergency preparedness plans.
• Stakeholder Management and Representation - Represent the school in interactions with parents, local government authorities, and regulatory bodies; Build strong relationships with local community stakeholders to enhance the school's reputation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Postgraduate with B.Ed.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a Principal or Vice Principal role (CBSE school experience preferred).
