Job Summary:

Seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Principal. The Principal will be responsible for providing visionary leadership mind‑set, overseeing the school's administration, and ensuring the delivery of quality education in line with CBSE guidelines and the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Leadership:

Develop and articulate a clear educational vision for the school.

Administration and Operations:

Qualifications and Requirements/Personal Attributes:

• Post Graduate in Physical Sciences/Math/Physics/Chemistry

• Preferably, more than 10 years of senior secondary teaching (CBSE Curriculum) and administrative experience as a Principal or a Vice‑Principal for minimum 8 years
• Should be from CBSE based school in the work experience
• No break in the career in the last 5 years
• Preferably have work experience showing long tenures (3-5 years)
• Awareness about New Education Policy (NEP) and National Curriculum Framework (NCF)
