• Facilitate group counselling and psycho-educational sessions focused on stress management, emotional regulation, peer relationships, and academic resilience.
• Execute structured parent consultation sessions to communicate student progress, provide psycho-education, and engage families in support planning.
• Establish and implement early intervention protocols to identify and respond to student emotional and behavioral crises, reducing incident frequency and severity.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and school administration on student referrals, develop individualized support plans, and provide teacher consultation on classroom-level student needs.
