Job summary

Atidan Technologies is seeking an experienced SCCM/packaging specialist to join our team in Pune/Mumbai with work-from-home flexibility until regulations allow a full office return.

Immediate joining is preferred. The candidate will handle packaging, deployment, upgrading, and patching tasks using SCCM across devices and users, while coordinating with Microsoft and monitoring tools for issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience with packaging and deployment tasks in a professional setting.
• Expert in using packaging tools Admin Studio, InstallShield, PatchMyPC.
• Experience using SCCM for distribution to devices or users.
• Deploy, upgrade, patch and maintain SCCM managed environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting SCCM.

Responsibilities

• Offload application packaging and deployment tasks.
• Manage customer SCCM environments at L2-L3.
• Operate and provide day-to-day support for SCCM deployments.
• Address client connectivity, software and mobility installation issues.
• Participate in technical projects through design, build, test and deploy phases.
• Interact with Microsoft Vendor for escalation resolutions.
• Maintain health of monitoring tools and data integrations.

Job description

Applicants must be flexible to work for 24/7 US shifts timings including 2 weekly offs together.

Job Location: Pune/ Mumbai- Work from home until pandemic government regulations.

Joining: Immediate to 45 Days.

Must have:

• Experience professional who can offload the application packaging and deployment tasks.
• An expert who is using different packaging tools (at least 3 Admin Studio, Install Shield, PatchMyPC).
• Using SCCM as the tool for distribution of the application on the devices or to the users.
• Install, upgrade, deploy and patch using SCCM.
• Extensive hands-on experience in deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting SCCM
• Keeping updated with the latest features and solutions for the products supported, and up-skilling as and when Program demands.
• Manage customer SCCM environment at L2-L3 level
• Address client connectivity, client software, and mobility installation issues
• Address service availability issues within the customers organizational span of control
• Manage services using supplier and the client implemented ITIL processes and practices
• Operate and provide the day-to-day support.
• Project participation in global/ local projects as required.
• Interact with Microsoft Vendor for critical and escalation issues for permanent resolutions.
• Maintain health of monitoring tools and reports data interactions/ integrations.
• Execute and follow up any and all issues arising from operational checks, tasks and monitors
• Participate in technical projects through design, build, test and deploy phases.
