Job summary

The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of hands-on experience with SCCM, PowerShell, OS imaging, and driver management, with strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Desktop Engineering or Endpoint Management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM Console.
• Knowledge of Task Sequences, OS Deployment (OSD), and driver management.
• Proficiency in Windows PowerShell.
• Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and desktop support experience.
