SBICAP Securities Ltd is seeking a Relationship Officer for branch sales in the retail demat and trading segment. The role focuses on sourcing business via bank branches, activating clients for trading, and cross-selling financial products.

Fresher or 2025/2026 graduates can apply; age below 29. Location flexibility across Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior and other cities. Attractive incentives based on performance are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Source business through bank branches and acquire broking clients online.
• Activate and onboard clients for trading; guide them to start trading activity.
• Acquire and retain clients including HNIs; perform cross-selling per policy.
• Provide demonstrations and handholding to initiate trading after account opening.
• Possess knowledge of General Insurance; Demat sales preferred.

We are looking for \"Relationship Officer\" Branch sales- Demat & Trading A/c for our Retail Sales vertical.

Role & responsibilities

• To source the business via allotted bank branches. Key focus areas acquiring broking clients (primarily on line).


• Activating clients for trading post acquisition.


• Acquiring and retaining new clients and HNIs.


• Cross sell other products as directed time to time.


• Providing clients with Demo & handhold to initiate trading activities after account opening.


• Should have hands-on experience and knowledge of General Insurance and Demat Sales will be preferable.


• This position will be on payroll of SBICAP Securities Ltd on fixed term contract which will be renewable annually as per performance and company norms.

Experience:- Fresher also can apply who is passed out in the year 2025/2026

Qualification:- Graduation/Post Graduation

Age Criteria:- Below 29 Years

Locations : Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, Raipur, Bilaspur, Raigrah,

Perks and benefits

Fresher- 2.50 LPA (CTC)

Experienced (only form NBFC/BFSI/Banking)- Up to 3 LPA based on current salary and experience.

*Incentives are paid subject to performance as per applicable slabs.
