SBICAP Securities is hiring a Relationship Officer - Branch sales to drive Demat and Trading accounts in the Retail Sales vertical. You will source business through bank branches, activate clients for trading, and cross-sell products.

Fresh graduates (2025/2026) and graduates with a background in Graduation/Post Graduation are eligible. Location spread includes Ahilyanagar, Shirdi, Solapur, Beed, Jalan, Satara; salary starts at 2.50 LPA for freshers with incentives for performance.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing business via bank branches and cross selling products.
• Demat and trading account sales familiarity preferred.
• Freshers and 2025/2026 graduates welcome to apply.

We are looking for "Relationship Officer" Branch sales- Demat & Trading A/c for our Retail Sales vertical.

Role & responsibilities

• To source the business via allotted bank branches. Key focus areas acquiring broking clients (primarily on line).
• Activating clients for trading post acquisition.
• Acquiring and retaining new clients and HNIs.
• Cross sell other products as directed time to time.
• Providing clients with Demo & handhold to initiate trading activities after account opening.
• Should have hands-on experience and knowledge of General Insurance and Demat Sales will be preferable.
• This position will be on payroll of SBICAP Securities Ltd on fixed term contract which will be renewable annually as per performance and company norms.

Experience:- Fresher also can apply who is passed out in the year 2025/2026

Qualification:- Graduation/Post Graduation

Age Criteria:- Below 29 Years

Perks and benefits

Fresher- 2.50 LPA (CTC)

Experienced (only form NBFC/BFSI/Banking)- Up to 3 LPA based on current salary and experience.
