Job summary

SBICAP Securities Ltd. is seeking a Relationship Officer for the Retail Sales vertical to source broking clients via bank branches and activate trading after onboarding. Freshers in 2025/2026 with Graduation or Post Graduation are welcome, with age under 29.

The role includes acquiring and retaining clients including HNIs, cross-selling products, and providing demos to initiate trading. Employment is on fixed-term contract with annual renewal.

Qualifications

• Graduation or postgraduate degree required.
• Freshers or 2025/2026 passouts eligible.
• Age below 29 years.

Responsibilities

• Source business via allotted bank branches; focus on acquiring broking clients online.
• Activate clients for trading post acquisition.

• Cross-sell other products as directed time to time.
• Provide demos and handholding to initiate trading after account opening.
• Payroll on fixed-term contract renewable annually as per performance and company norms.

We are looking for \"Relationship Officer\" Branch sales - Demat & Trading A/c for our Retail Sales vertical.

Role & responsibilities

• To source the business via allotted bank branches. Key focus areas acquiring broking clients (primarily on line).


• Activating clients for trading post acquisition.


• Acquiring and retaining new clients and HNIs.


• Cross sell other products as directed time to time.


• Providing clients with Demo & handhold to initiate trading activities after account opening.


• Should have hands-on experience and knowledge of General Insurance and Demat Sales will be preferable.


• This position will be on payroll of SBICAP Securities Ltd on fixed term contract which will be renewable annually as per performance and company norms.

Experience:- Fresher also can apply who is passed out in the year 2025/2026

Qualification:- Graduation/Post Graduation

Age Criteria:- Below 29 Years

Fresher- 2.50 LPA (CTC)

Experienced (only form NBFC/BFSI/Banking)- Up to 3 LPA based on current salary and experience.
