SBICAP Securities Ltd is seeking a Relationship Officer for Branch sales focused on Demat and Trading A/c in our Retail Sales vertical. You will source business via bank branches, activate clients for trading after account opening, and cross-sell other products.

Fresh graduates (2025/2026) and candidates below 29 years are welcome from Ramanathapuram and Mayiladuthurai. Fresher CTC is 2.5 LPA; experienced up to 3 LPA plus incentives; payroll on fixed-term contract renewable annually.

Relationship Officer Branch sales - Demat & Trading A/c for our Retail Sales vertical.

Role & responsibilities

• To source the business via allotted bank branches. Key focus areas acquiring broking clients (primarily on line).
• Activating clients for trading post acquisition.
• Acquiring and retaining new clients and HNIs.
• Cross sell other products as directed time to time.
• Providing clients with Demo & handhold to initiate trading activities after account opening.
• Should have hands-on experience and knowledge of General Insurance and Demat Sales will be preferable.
• This position will be on payroll of SBICAP Securities Ltd on fixed term contract which will be renewable annually as per performance and company norms.

Experience:- Fresher also can apply who is passed out in the year 2025/2026

Qualification:- Graduation/Post Graduation
