Job summary

SBICAP Securities Ltd is seeking a Relationship Officer for branch sales (Demat & Trading A/c) in the Retail Sales vertical. The role involves sourcing business through bank branches, activating clients for trading, and cross-selling financial products.

Fresh graduates (2025/2026) or experienced candidates from NBFCs/BFSI/banking are invited. Location focus: Coimbatore, Ooty, Pollachi. Compensation up to 3 LPA with incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduation or post graduation is mandatory.
• Experience in NBFC/BFSI/Banking is preferred or fresher candidates may apply.
• Age below 29 years.

Responsibilities

• Source business via allotted bank branches and acquire trading clients.
• Activate clients for trading after account opening.
• Acquire and retain new clients and HNIs; cross-sell other products as directed.
• Provide demos and handholding to initiate trading activities.
• Hands-on knowledge of General Insurance and Demat Sales is preferable.

Role & responsibilities

• To source the business via allotted bank branches. Key focus areas acquiring broking clients (primarily on line).
• Activating clients for trading post acquisition.
• Acquiring and retaining new clients and HNIs.
• Cross sell other products as directed time to time.
• Providing clients with Demo & handhold to initiate trading activities after account opening.
• Should have hands-on experience and knowledge of General Insurance and Demat Sales will be preferable.
• This position will be on payroll of SBICAP Securities Ltd on fixed term contract which will be renewable annually as per performance and company norms.
