Role & responsibilities

• Generate Home Loan leads from open market and through different channels.
• Develop and maintain relationship with clients for repeat business and referral/s.
• Implement and develop sales activities to achieve target.
• Arrange loan events.
• Handle product queries and service issues.
• Meeting clients, verify documents, process file, co-ordinate for sanction / disbursement of loan, personalized service to clients.
• Ensure the target assigned targets are achieved.

• Strong understanding of home loan products, including features, eligibility criteria, and market offerings.
• Professional network relevant to the role, enabling effective business development
• Strong knowledge of the industry and its current trends, dynamics, and competitive landscape.

What we are looking for: The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the housing finance industry, a strong understanding of home loan products, and the ability to leverage an extensive network for client acquisition and relationship management.

Education: Min. 12th / Graduation

Location: Pune (Near by Location will be discussed in interview)

Experience: Min 1-5 Years experience in Loan sales (Home Loan experience is preferred )
