Responsibilities

• Develop new product specifications for B2B and B2G markets (e.g., SMC PT, SGS, BGS, UGT).
• Ensure conversion of specifications into sales within the same fiscal year, achieving targeted sales values.
• Drive successful conversion of specified projects into confirmed orders, meeting sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with targeted accounts, ensuring approvals and increasing brand influence.
• Ensure 100% usage of LMS and Bizom for maintaining project databases, visit reports, and timely reviews; submit regular progress reports.

New Specifications Generation & Sales Conversion

• Develop new product specifications (including SMC PT, SGS, BGS, UGT) for B2B and B2G markets.
• Ensure conversion of specifications into sales within the same fiscal year, achieving targeted sales values.

Project Specification to Order Conversion

• Drive successful conversion of specified projects into confirmed orders, meeting sales targets.

Engagement with Targeted Accounts

• Build and maintain strong relationships with targeted accounts, ensuring approvals and increasing brand influence.

LMS & Bizom Utilization

• Ensure 100% usage of project management tools (LMS, Bizom) for maintaining project databases, visit reports, and timely reviews.
• Submit regular reports tracking project progress and performance evaluations.

Team and Self-Development

• Focus on continuous self-improvement and skill enhancement.
• Support team members through guidance, training, and alignment with business goals.
