HypTechie is seeking an experienced SAP VIM Consultant to manage and enhance Vendor Invoice Management processes in Pune.

The role requires deep functional expertise in SAP VIM configurations, workflows, and integration with SAP MM and FI. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAP VIM experience.
• Strong knowledge of MM, FI invoice processing and AP.
• Experience with OpenText VIM, OCR/ICC, and workflow configuration.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SAP VIM configuration, implementation, support, and enhancement activities.
• Handle vendor invoice processing, exception handling, workflows, and approvals in VIM.
• Configure Document Processing, ICC/OCR, DP Document Types, and Business Rules.
• Integrate VIM with SAP MM, SAP FI, and OpenText components.
• Troubleshoot VIM-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams for process optimization and system improvements.
• Support testing, documentation, and end-user training when required.
